Program. Spencer Legacy Insurance uses Redtail Speak, a business text messaging service provided by Redtail Technology, to send text messages to clients and prospective clients who opt in.

Messages you will receive. Appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your inquiries, quotes, application and document requests, and policy service. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not opted in.

How to opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website form, by giving consent on a client form or verbally to a member of our team, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message from our business number to opt out. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one message confirming your request and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
